Blog Post No. 1 – Hello, Blog!
Thanks for viewing!
Reblogged from Author Ryan Callahan’s blog. Here are some very important words for everybody!
That is a bold and amazing statement! Jesus is the only One who ever claimed to be the resurrection and the life. He is the only One who ever died for our sins to be forgiven. That is also a very serious question He asked Martha and His statement and question are still valid for all of us in our time. I am here to testify that Jesus is alive and everything in the Bible is true! That statement and question that Jesus spoke have the power to change your life and your eternity! He makes beauty from ashes and His light defeats darkness! Jesus truly is the resurrection and the life! He proved that to me in the most miraculous of ways! If you believe in Him, you will have eternal life! Wherever you live in the world, please consider these powerful words of Jesus and ponder His question…

From Lee Duigon’s blog, “To God Be the Glory”. Please listen and think about the words!
I wish I could hear a million people singing this–don’t you? This is the hymn that’s been in my mind since last night, so it’s time to let it take wing: To God Be the Glory. Performed at the Middlesborough Baptist Church as part of “The NBA Big Sing.” Earth, sky, and trees provided by God the Father. Turn up the volume!

My Answers to John Eli Garay’s Questions:
Q.1. If you were famous, what will you be famous for?
A. I want to be famous for serving Christ. I would like to translate and write Christian books.
Q.2. What song is guaranteed to put a smile on your face?
A. The hymn, “Be Thou My Vision“, which is my favorite, makes me smile. 🙂 I like the rendition by Ron and Kelly. Please listen to it on their website: http://ronandkellymusic.com/ (It’s the second song, but you can listen to all the great songs if you like). Another song that puts a smile on my face is the Latin American song, “Vuela Paloma“, and also “El Condor Pasa“.
Q.3. If you had to choose an animal for a mascot, what animal would it be and why?
A. I would choose a bear for a mascot, and in fact, I already have a bear mascot for my blog. It’s my mascot because about eight years ago, Dad bought me a black teddy bear from a Crater Lake souvenir shop, which I named Boomster. Sadly, I lost it a couple of years ago, and what remains of him is the hat that Mom made for him (She had knit green clothes for him) and some photos. My blog icon is the late teddy bear. You can also see him on my post, 7 Weeks!!!.
Q.4. What is one contribution that you want to leave this world with before God calls you home?
A. One contribution that I want to leave this world with before God calls me home is translating Christian books from English into Japanese. Right now I’m working on my first translation project: the translation of Lee Duigon’s book, Bell Mountain, into Japanese. I want to make translating one of my businesses.
Q.5. What book would you recommend to someone who is looking to cry, laugh, and be inspired?
A. I highly recommend Christian fantasy author Lee Duigon’s Bell Mountain. It is the first book of The Bell Mountain Series, that has currently 10 books (and 2 more coming soon!). I highly recommend all the books in the series. It is a story of adventure and suspense, and I can guarantee that the reader will laugh and be inspired by this amazing series. Please read them! Once you start, you will find it hard to put them down!
5 Questions from me for my nominees:
Q.1. What is your favorite book to read?
Q.2. Have you ever been abroad?
Q.3. Who is your favorite singer or singing group?
Q.4. Who is your favorite Bible character?
Q.5. If you saw Bigfoot staring at you through your window, what would you do?
Thank you once again, John Eli! And my nominees, you well deserve the Mystery Blogger Award! 😊👍🏆
