This world is not our home! Heaven is our home!
This is a great music video by Alan Jackson! Praise God for the sin-cleansing blood of Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God!
P.S. – As you may have noticed, this is Day 3 of “I’ll Fly Away”!
I listened to the Spanish version of “I’ll Fly Away,” which is called “Yo Volare” in Spanish. Although I don’t understand Spanish, I really liked it, so please listen to this!
I love the Latin style!
Matthew Chapter 19 Verses 13 & 14 — “Then were there brought unto Him (the Lord Jesus Christ) little children, the He should put His hands on them, and pray: and the disciples rebuked them (thinking that they would only get in the way and bother Jesus). But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto Me: for of such is the Kingdom of Heaven.”
Steve Green – “Let the Little Children Come”, from his album, Hide ‘Em In Your Heart.
This was Mrs. Linda Sorci’s favorite hymn -“In Christ Alone”. I heard from Mr. Lee Duigon that she went to be with the Lord. I am saddened, but also am happy that she is with God and her family in Heaven now. I want to post this hymn in her memory.
In Christ alone my hope is found
He is my light, my strength, my song
This Cornerstone, this solid ground
Firm through the fiercest drought and storm
What heights of love, what depths of peace
When fears are stilled, when strivings cease
My Comforter, my All in All
Here in the love of Christ I stand
In Christ alone, who took on flesh
Fullness of God in helpless babe
This gift of love and righteousness
Scorned by the ones He came to save
‘Till on that cross as Jesus died
The wrath of God was satisfied
For every sin on Him was laid
Here in the death of Christ I live
There in the ground His body lay
Light of the world by darkness slain
Then bursting forth in glorious Day
Up from the grave He rose again
And as He stands in victory
Sin’s curse has lost it’s grip on me
For I am His and He is mine
Brought with the precious blood of Christ
No guilt in life, no fear in death
This is the power of Christ in me
From life’s first cry to final breath
Jesus commands my destiny
No power of hell, no scheme of man
Can ever pluck me from His hand
‘Till He returns or calls me home
Here in the power of Christ I’ll stand
