I am really no one in particular…
Here are the questions Mrs. Holliman asked me…
What great things have GOD done in your life? God has given me a lovely family who loves me and many other blessings, and above all He gave me the Lord Jesus Christ so that I may be cleansed from all of my sins! What is your favorite vacation place?I like Okinawa. What is your favorite holiday and why? I like the New Year holiday because we can spend time together as a family and thank God for all the blessings. Do you believe in faith? Yes, of course! I believe that my faith in Jesus comes from the Holy Spirit, not my own doing. I am a child of God by God’s grace because I have faith in Jesus Christ my God and Savior. What is your favorite color?I like green!! Have you ever been tempted to do evil? If so how did GOD help?I am beset with temptations every day, and God will help me through His Word the Bible. That’s why memorizing Scripture is so important. Where was your last vacation? In America. What is your favorite food? My favorite food is taco rice. What’s the most important thing to you in life?JESUS CHRIST IS!! If there was ever a time would you save yourself or someone else? I would probably save somebody else. What is your number 1 goal in life? Living for Jesus to the end of my life.
Here are the questions Keziah asked me…
If you had to drink anything except water for the rest of your life, what would it be?It would be tea!! What do you most prefer: Writing or Reading?I like reading more than writing. Are you very close with any of your extended family?Well, I don’t get to meet them very often, but I do get to meet them and chat with them sometimes. How long have you been blogging? I’ve been blogging for 9 and a half months. What’s one of the most exciting things that has ever happened to you? The assurance that Jesus died on the cross for my sins. Have you ever gone to an amusement park and if so, which one?I’ve gone to Tokyo Disney Resort, which was very fun!! I’ve been there twice. What do you see yourself doing five years from now?I see myself driving a car and working. How often do you think you get sick?I get sick maybe once every two months. I get the common cold fairly often. Do you prefer shopping online or in the store?I prefer shopping online. What do you think is wrong with the world? Sin is the No. 1 problem in the world which causes all the other problems. That’s why we need Jesus. I think video games, alcohol, abortion, etc. are major problems in the world. What book (besides the Bible) have you read and learned the most from? I’ve learned many spiritual things from Charles Spurgeon’s Morning and Evening Devotions.
Nominate at least 5 bloggers and inform them of their nomination.
Give them 10 new questions to answer.
And here are the questions given to me by Lydia Potter:
What is the first thing you notice about a person? The first thing I notice is that person’s face. Then I try to remember that face so that I will recognize that person when we meet again.
What are some challenges you think the next generation will face? The next generation might have a hard time finding jobs since artificial intelligence is getting so high-tech that it’s taking the jobs away from humans. There are many other problems in the world, but God is in sovereign control, and we need not worry.
What is your favorite season and why? I like winter. Well, I think the atmosphere of the season is nice, and it gets nice and cozy in the house with the heater going and the coffee brewing. When it’s cold, we can adjust our body temperature by putting more layers on, but in summer, we can’t do that, and centipedes come out of hiding, so I don’t like summer. And also it feels comfortable in my heavy blankets when I sleep in winter.
If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be? Definitely not fried centipedes, but probably my choice would be taco rice. Once you start eating that it’s unstoppable.
What’s the number one item you would save from your burning house? I would save my translation work. I can’t afford to have all that hard work burned in the flames.
What makes you laugh the most? These fabulous funny videos, listed in Top-3 order!!!
#3 – I Like Orange Juice(Warning: it’s rather ridiculous)

All right! It’s Q&A time!!!
What’s a soundtrack song you can’t help but sing along to?
The Pirates of the Caribbean soundtrack song, “He’s a Pirate,” is, I think, quite cool!
What’s a song that makes you cry every time, without fail?
Like you, Keziah, I don’t cry when I listen to songs, but I am of course moved when I listen to Christian hymns and songs, especially “It is Well With My Soul.” Hymns are the world’s #1 important songs!!
A song that I liked when I was a youngster, a song that rang in the early mornings when I was living in a nostalgic neighborhood, was “Love is Blue” by Paul Mauriat. This song brought me to tears at that time. Every time I hear this song, I think about the ol’ neighborhood. I will never forget that neighborhood full of good memories.
If you’re a writer, what song best sums up your main character? If you don’t write…song for your favorite book’s main character?
“Be Thou My Vision” by Ron and Kelly best sums up one of the main characters from my favorite book, Bell Mountain, whose name is Jack. (Please click on the link, and it’s the 2nd song.)

About the Blogger Recognition Award (By Jyoti)
The Blogger Recognition Award is an award given in recognition of all the hard work that goes into creating a blog. It is a way for bloggers to support, motivate and promote other bloggers who have clearly put in huge amounts of time and effort, and produced valuable content.
Bloggers are very talented people – they work hard, they promote, market, advertise, run a busy site.
They organise all kinds of activities, they encourage, motivate, interact, engage and are community orientated. It matters not if they are shy and reticent or loud and personable – each actively progressive blogger is the same – they all work hard and passionately with their blogs, they put the hours in to deliver to their audience each day a welcoming location to read, absorb, learn and have fun.
To escape the hustle bustles of city life, or the begrudgeries of boredom – they entice readers to peruse their pages to look for entertainment.
That is what the BRA celebrates.
HOW MY BLOG STARTED: THE STORY
Believe it or not… this blog that you are viewing now would not be existing if I had never seen this picture…
Two Pieces of Advice I Will Give To New Bloggers – Words From a Fellow Beginner
Try to post a variety of stuff, share your favorite songs, write your own stories, share the things you love to all the world! Just try not to share too much private information, be careful to limit what you share. Try to post interesting things, constantly if possible.
Try to reply to and like all comments, visit others’ blogs, and be friendly! Even if you’re not an outgoing person, make sure you interact with your followers and your fellow bloggers. Have fun in your blogging journey! 🙂
Lee Duigon, I find it hard to express my greatest thanks for recommending me to make this blog! Thank you, Mr. Duigon, and I’m looking forward to what God has in store for me in my blogging journey.
Elijah Holston, thank you so much for being such a great blogging friend and an encouraging Brother in Christ! Also I want to thank you for being my very first follower!
SLIMJIM, pastor for the LORD, thank you so much for always commenting on my blog from the start to now. Let us all grow in the faith and in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
How long have you been a Christian? I was born in a Christian family. Although baptized on June 16th, 2013, Father’s Day, it is a recent thing that I thought more about my sins and about the Lord Jesus Christ. I’m not sure when I became a Christian, but I have the assurance that Jesus Christ died on the cross for my sins. It is an every day thing that pray for the forgiveness of my sins. And I pray for all the true Christians in the world.
What is your favorite type of smoothie? I like banana smoothies.
McDonald’s or Wendy’s? McDonald’s. When you said “Wendy’s”, some nostalgic memories came back to my mind. It’s been more than a decade since I’ve been there.
Do you follow sports? If so, what sport and what professional team? I sort of like baseball. I like Fukuoka Softbank Hawks and Los Angeles Angels, the latter is because Shohei Ohtani, last year’s American League Rookie of the Year, is in that team.
The NBA Finals have been going on. Do you have any opinions on this? Dad kind of likes the Warriors, so I’m kind of rooting for them.
What is your favorite thing about your way of schooling (homeschooling or real schooling)? Oh, without question, I definitely like homeschooling. It’s more Biblical, students don’t get taught the Big Lie called evolution, and students get to have more free time, and they learn a lot more than students going to “real” schools. I’ve been homeschooled my whole life.
Do you think soda rots your brain? Well, no, not really… honestly I never even thought about that… I actually like soda, my favorite being root beer!
What is your favorite chapter of the Bible? That’s a hard question! There are many answers, but my #1 favorite chapter of the Bible is Psalm 23. I recite it every night before I go to sleep.
What is your favorite book? My favorite book is Bell Mountain, by Christian fantasy author, Lee Duigon. Bell Mountain is the first of 13 books (#12 is coming soon, and #13 is now being written by Mr. Duigon). I really love the whole Bell Mountain Series, and I hope some of you folks out there would read them! I’ve always wanted to make a post about the series, and I hope to do it someday soon! Please check out Lee Duigon’s blog at: http://leeduigon.wordpress.com/
If you could live in one country for a week, what would it be? I’m fond of Latin music and nature, so I wouldn’t mind living in Peru for a week! A group I like is from Peru (Please go ahead and search “Rijchary” on my blog!) I’ve studied Spanish a little, but recently I haven’t… Muchas gracias for reading!
“I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived. I did not wish to live what was not life, living is so dear; nor did I wish to practise resignation, unless it was quite necessary. I wanted to live deep and suck out all the marrow of life, to live so sturdily and Spartan-like as to put to rout all that was not life, to cut a broad swath and shave close, to drive life into a corner, and reduce it to its lowest terms...”
